Here at Shoulder2Hand we are very fortunate to have excellent staff who are very experienced in helping to guide you through what can be a difficult situation.

Practice Manager

Led by our Practice Manager, Jill, our staff can help answer any question that you may have about scheduling your appointment and what you may need to do before coming in to see one of our Medical Professionals.

Jill has worked in a variety of specialist medical practices for many years, and has spent much of that time working with orthopaedic surgeons. If you need to book surgery, Jill will walk you through the entire process and give you the information that you need to make the necessary administration go as smoothly as possible.

Our Reception Staff

If you need to make or change an appointment, or need confirmation of a workers compensation case approval, then our fantastic reception staff can help you with that.
