Post-Operation Information

So, you've had your surgery! Now what can you expect?

It is going to hurt. Surgery is not always a gentle process, and you will be in some pain afterwards. Hopefully not too much, but please know that it is normal for you to be uncomfortable for a few days depending on what you've had done.

What is in your folder when you leave Hospital:

• Wound Care Info
• Post Op appointment schedule
• Contact information
• Prescription(s) for any medication including pain management medication
